6 Ways to Make 2022 Your Best Year Yet

6 Ways to Make 2022 Your Best Year Yet

Every year we look for new ways to make it the best year yet. From getting more organized, working on becoming the best version of yourself, or finding freedom in some battles you’ve been facing - we all have yearly goals. Sometimes for me the most difficult tasks are the simple  and cliché tasks. I have listed below 6 ways for you to make this your best year yet!

Do something that scares you often.
Everyday we have the opportunity to get ourselves out of our comfort zone. There are so many ways to do this! You could try a new hobby, switch up your go-to coffee shop, or finally cross skydiving off your bucket list. Growth happens outside of your comfort zone. Make a list of all the things you want to do this year and work to cross them off. Document the moments then spend time this December looking at the year of growth and opportunity you gave yourself.

Pay attention to providing your brain the nutrition it needs as well as the rest it requires. There have been plenty of times where I was tired in all realms of life or didn’t have the energy to make something happen because I wasn't well rested. Giving your body time to rest and realign itself will create a year full of present moments. When you are well rested you can be more productive and present in every area of your life. Work on carving out time daily for you to truly rest.

Set some financial goals.
Pull up Pinterest and grab a budget sheet that fits your needs. You could also just pull up the trusty excel for your budgeting needs. Get your finances in order so that you can financially set yourself up to do the things you want to do in 2022.

Move your body.
Moving your body gets the heart beating, and when your heart is beating, you allow endorphins to be released. Endorphins are released to allow for a better mindset. Moving your body is good for you physically and mentally!

Keep your immunity high.
Strengthening your immune system can help you stay healthy! The Elderberry Co offers many immune support products. Elderberry Syrup, Elderberry Gummies, and Daily Immune Support Capsules just to name a few. Like your mom, we will also recommend eating your fruits and veggies.

Be content where you are, looking with hope towards the future.
This is one of the hardest things to do and requires both internal work and a different perspective. There is a balance within this statement; Both being content and looking forward with hope. I believe you find your best moments in finding contentment where you are in the moment while also knowing the best is yet to come. Take time this week to write down all the things you are grateful for in your life.

I hope these have helped you come up with ways that your year can become all you want it to be. We cheer you on and empower you to take each moment as it is your own.

Adding devotion time with God daily …preferably first thing when you awake…will strengthen, encourage and give hope in these troubling days now and ahead.
