Refund policy

Cancelations/Order Adjustments

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee our ability to cancel or alter the order (whether adding additional product, or removing unwanted product). As such, we encourage our customers to thoroughly review their order before completing the checkout process.

Returns

We will accept return requests within 15 days of your purchase. All items except Elderberry Syrup are eligible for returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If more than 15 days have gone by, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or return. All returns are processed through USPS.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

For products ineligible for returns, such as Elderberry Syrup, we do have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee– feel free to reach out to us if you are not satisfied with your product!

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
