Smoothies have always been a favorite around our house.We like to put all kinds of fruits and vegetables in them to make our bodies healthier. The kids seem to take their veggies easier in drink form, mostly because they can't see or taste it! Our smoothie recipe is a simple, quick and healthy way to cool down this summer...the whole family will LOVE it :-)
5 quick ingredients to make a delicious smoothie!
- 1 Banana
- ½ cup of blueberries
- 3 strawberries
- 1 cup of vanilla greek yogurt (or coconut milk if you prefer)
- 1 tbsp of Elderberry Syrup
- Optional: Toss in a handful of spinach to give your kiddos daily veggies.
Directions:
- Throw it all in a blender and blend until smooth!
- Enjoy!

You could yes. The potency would be more strong with the syrup though. If you are looking for that stronger taste as well, again the syrup would work better!
Can I use the Elderberry gummies in this smoothie instead of the syrup?
