What are the advantages of becoming a rewards member?
Our rewards program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive rewards points for each purchase, that can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.
I already have a subscription. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?
If you have a subscription for our products, but have never created an account, you will need to create an account using the same email as your subscription. You are already building up loyalty points every time you purchase with an associated email address, but in order to see those points and redeem them, you will need to have an account created. If you already have an email and password that you log into your subscription with, then no, you do not need to create another account.
Where can I find all of my rewards account information?
To access your rewards account, log into your account HERE. Once you've logged in, you will be able to see how many points you have earned and how to redeem them.
Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?
We launched our Loyalty Program October 2021. All purchases made prior to that did not accrue points. For local customers who have unclaimed punch cards, we can apply points toward your account for every punch on the card.
Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points.
How do I redeem my points?
When logged into your account, visit https://theelderberryco.com/pages/loyalty-program to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your chosen reward.
How do points convert to dollars?
Every 100 points = $5 off. You can rack up as many points as you want. For example, 400 points = $20 off. Rewards earned may be redeemed on future purchases only and cannot be combined with any other discount.
For Example, as a Boost Tier member, you will earn 1 point for every dollar you spend. So, if you spend $100, you'll earn 100 points = $5.
When you have spent over $400, you move up to become an Empower Tier member and earn 1.5 points for every dollar you spend. So, if you spend $100, you'll earn 150 points. Empower Tier members also get access to exclusive deals.
When you have spent over $800, you move up to become a Thrive Tier member and earn 2 points for every dollar you spend. So, if you spend $100, you'll earn 200 points = $10 off.
Will I be able to use my points/rewards in store?
Yes! When you come in, give us your email to apply your purchase to your loyalty account or redeem points with the accumulated points you have built up.
Can you apply your points on top of other discount codes or sales?
No, you are not able to use multiple discounts at a time. You can choose between using your reward points or a specific sale that is active at the time!
Will my points ever expire?
Your points will only expire after 12 months of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program on redeeming points and placing an order.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
There is no limit! You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online, and through our weekly sales; however; you are only able to redeem up to 400 points at a time.
Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?
Yes! The points you used for that order will be reapplied to your account after a return/refund.
If I redeem points and don't use the code right away, will the code still be valid?
Yes! Your code for those points will be available in your rewards history. If you need help finding those codes redeemed and not yet used, our Customer Service team can help pull that code up for you.
