Hello Richard! Yes, there is approximately one cup of raw honey in each 32oz jar.
Can I make gummies with the kit & do you have instructions?
Hi Denise! You can absolutely make your own gummies with our syrup kit! Although, we don't have instructions as that is not the way we make our gummies. Please let us know if you have any more questions!
Do you have to use an insta pot to make this?
Hello Tiana, I am happy to help! Great questions. Elderberries do need to be boiled prior to consumption due to low-level toxicity when uncooked. We would recommend following either the Instant Pot or Stovetop directions on the syrup kit, but you could likely find a conversion chart that will "translate" the Instant Pot directions into use for a regular pressure cooker or crockpot. Does the kit have the same nutrients as the fresh jars you sell? Or does the drying process effect the nutrient/antioxidants?
