While the Immunity Tea provides a flavorful and comforting way to enjoy immune-supporting herbs, our Elderberry Syrup contains a more concentrated serving of elderberries and is designed specifically for daily immune support. Because the two products serve different purposes, we often recommend using them together rather than replacing one with the other.

We do not recommend reusing the brewbag for a second batch. After the first preparation, most of the beneficial compounds, flavors, and spices have already been extracted, so a second batch would be much weaker and less effective. For best results and flavor, we recommend using a fresh kit each time.

Yes! The blend should remain tied inside the bag while simmering. This makes the preparation process much easier since you can simply remove the entire bag once the tea is finished instead of straining it separately.

Before preparation, store the kit in a cool, dry place such as a pantry. The unopened kit has an approximate shelf life of one year from the purchase date. Once prepared into tea, refrigerate immediately. The finished tea has an approximate shelf life of 45 days when refrigerated properly.
