While our Elderberry Syrup is our most popular product, providing your family with a concentrated amount of immune strengthening elderberries, many of our customers LOVE making Elderberry Tea with our Dried Elderberries, sold in one pound bags and useful to include in many types of recipes. Not only is Elderberry Tea warm and comforting but elderberries have so many great benefits for our health. They are packed with antioxidants and vitamins that can boost your immune system. Especially with all of the sickness going around right now, we most certainly need it. Elderberries are also known to help tame inflammation, lessen stress, and help protect your heart too.
Our Dried Elderberries offer the ability to create your own recipes at home. Check out this yummy recipe for Elderberry Tea. It's really easy to make and you can customize it to your taste.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Dried Elderberries
2 cups of water
Raw Honey to taste
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Lemon juice
Directions:
- Combine 2 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of Dried Elderberries in a pot and boil for 15 minutes.
- Strain the berries from the tea with a fine mesh strainer.
- Add honey, cinnamon, lemon juice to taste and stir
- Enjoy!
