One year ago, I posted a blog that quickly became our most engaging blog we ever posted. It was called, “Why I Almost Quit My Small Business” and it outlined the tumultuous journey I had been on with our gummy manufacturer, explaining to our customers why we had changed our gummy recipe so many times in 2021 and early 2022. In short, our first gummy manufacturer was not able to maintain the quality standard I keep for my products so I had the difficult task of finding another manufacturer or risk losing our second most popular product (our top product has always been Elderberry Syrup). I was blown away at the love and support we received from that blog post…so many customers affirming that they loved our small business, encouraging me to keep fighting and offering our community quality elderberry products that help keep families everywhere healthy and active. It was a huge encouragement to me during a time where I simply just wanted to give up.
So, fast forward one year from that blog post, one year from the lowest I have ever felt as a business owner…where are we now? I am glad that you perserved and found a new manufacturer and kept your standards. That was the hard part. Your products are the best, and as someone who has a compromised immune system I depend heavily on your little business. I only buy organic. So without you I am probably on the road to poorer health. I have recommended you to several friends and family. I have not heard anything but good feedback. Every business and person travels the road unpaved, it’s navigating those bumps that make you stronger and successful. Keep up the good work. You provide an excellent product to lots of people and you employ great people. Keep up the good work and here’s to continued success.

I can’t believe that post was a year ago! I remember reading it and meaning to comment. I am a loyal customer and truly am so glad you didn’t quit!
